Ace of Wands is located inside the Sola Salon building at 469 Salem Street, Suite #38 in Medford. If the main door is locked, please call 781-307-6516 to be let in.
Free off-street parking!
Visa and MasterCard are excepted. If you decide to pay in cash keep in mind that I won’t have any change on hand.
Tips are excepted on Venmo and in cash.
Cancellation Policy
At Ace of Wands I have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place to ensure smooth operations and accommodate our clients' needs. Clients are permitted to cancel or reschedule their appointments with no charge if they provide at least 48 hours' notice. However, if a cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the appointment time, a charge equal to 50% of the services booked will apply. In case a client fails to show up for their appointment without any prior notice, they will be charged 100% of the services booked. Please note that until the associated fees are paid, we are unable to schedule another appointment for the client. We offer two convenient methods for cancellations or rescheduling: online or through a phone call during our open business hours. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation and rescheduling.
